TR called at 7pm from NJ to say he's finally on his way home! It's been way too long! Of course it's a 10 hour drive so he won't be here until 5am, but he'll be here! Until Thursday! I'm speaking in exclamations and can't stop! Sorry, I'm just excited... I kinda missed him.
In preparation for the drunkenness and debauchery that will ensue (as always does when he's been away) I have scrubbed and shaved and moisturized every possible surface and have a very large bottle of bubbly stuff (any self respecting former French student knows it's not champagne unless it actually came from there) chilled in the fridge. Now I just have to wait...
