Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!

Need a present for that special someone? Have a little extra cash on your hands? Collect totally appalling things? Have a love for slithering reptiles?

Then I have just the thing for you. It's creepy. Go here.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Template change... again

I changed back to the pink template. I needed the annoyance to soothe me. Don't know what I'm talking about? Go here. Or click the link over on the side that says "Why this blog is pink."

I wish I knew how to make my own templates, but sadly I don't. So until I do, we're all stuck with this putrid shade of pink.

If I have to be nauseous, so do you!

Feeling better...

I'm feeling better than I was this morning, though I still have the traces of the beast that invaded my head.

Nothing exciting is going on around here today. TR played computer games all day. I slept most of the day. Munchkin kinda did his own thing. Not sure what that entails, but I'm sure it was destructive.

I signed Munchkin up for soccer yesterday. One practice and one game a week for 5 weeks in the spring and 10 weeks in the fall. He's excited, and I'm looking forward to him having an outlet for his excess energy. Woo hoo! He starts kindergarten this fall as well (do you know how old that makes me feel?) so we'll have registration for that soon too.

We're counting down to birthdays around here.

Munchkin has 11 days. He'll be 5!!!

TR has 13 days. He'll be 26. (you're sooo old sweetheart!)

I have 23 days. I will be celebrating the 1st anniversary of my 25th birthday.

I've decided I'm becoming a little OCD about cleaning my house. (I decided this while picking lint off my stairs) As if I wasn't already neurotic enough, I now have this discovery to keep me company.

The voices will be jealous.

Migraine #1 for 2006 (HNT edition)

I, along with my sister Junior, get horrible migraine headaches. I've been to doctors and have yet to find a medication that fixes the head without killing my stomach. So this week's photo is me hiding from the painful camera flash and the hideously deafening beeping of the camera. Happy HNT... please be quiet.

Just one more from Christmas...

...and then I promise no more. Munchkin loved opening his presents on Christmas, as any kid would. And, like any kid, he shook his packages to try and figure out what was inside. See here:

He shook it and then held it up to his ear, almost as if it was going to whisper to him, "Hi Munchkin, I'm the really cool pack of Play-Doh that Santa brought you for Christmas. I have red and blue, and green and yellow. Hurry and open me so me can make a mess of your mom's kitchen floor!!!"

I understood the shaking and listening as I have done the same thing for years. But the thing I didn't understand was move directly after the listening. He looked at the package from several angles and then lifted it to his face. At first I wasn't sure what he was doing so I asked. Maybe I shouldn't have. Are you curious? Well, he was SMELLING HIS PRESENTS!!! Don't believe me? See for yourself:

He sniffed each and every package as if the scent of the wrapping paper would somehow give him insight into what was inside. I cracked up! I love this kid, but boy is he weird!
